Student Body Officer election results have just been announced with over 1600 votes cast. Jenna Dellaria was elected the Student Body President with 56.5% percent of the vote, with 765 votes. The Student Body Speaker of the Assembly will be Dave Jensen, winning 68.4%. The Secretary of Finance will be Kelsey Vogt, winning 747 votes over Ile Ruiz’s 541. The Secretary of Assembly will go into a runoff election between Kaitlyn Markey and Anitza Martins. Runoff voting will take place next Monday and Tuesday. Students were also able to vote on the smoke-free campus referendum, which passed with 78.3% percent of the vote.
