Student recitals continue as graduation draws nearer. We have seen many different instrumental and voice recitals, but this one was a percussion recital by senior Mateusz Koszarek.
Mateusz is a senior majoring in Percussion Performance, Music Business, and Spanish. He presented his percussion recital on Saturday, April 2 with many in attendance. The recital included different compositions that utilized a variety of percussion instruments including a solo on the timpani to a duet on the marimba. He ended the recital with a full percussion ensemble led by teacher Peggy Bonner. With the completion of the student recital, Mateusz will be able to complete the requirements for his Bachelor’s degree.
