The Bradley Tennis team’s visit to Sam Houston State University came down to a Singles match at number 5 on Friday, March 18. Bradley sophomore Aimee Manfredo handled the pressure well as she rallied from a 4-6 loss in the first set of the final match. Manfredo’s answer of 6-4 and 6-2 sets were what the Braves needed to lift them over the Bearkats with a 4-3 team decision. The team then took two weeks off and opened their Missouri Valley Conference schedule on April 2, against their I-74 rivals, Illinois State University.
