The Asian American Association celebrated the Lunar New Year by inviting students to their 3rd annual Lunar New Year Banquet.
Held in the Student Center Ballroom, the banquet included a presentation given by the Asian American Association President, Dennis Gessert, on the history of the New Year in Asian culture and the zodiac calendar. Dinner was served afterwards. This event celebrated the beginning of the Year of the Red Monkey. (See video for more.)
