The Bradley Soccer team finished their three-game road trip last weekend by taking on the 22nd ranked Omaha Mavericks.

The Braves would fall behind early, but freshman Austin Bell scored his first career goal in the 40th minute to tie the game at 1.

Bradley would take the lead in the second half on a goal by Grant Bell, who is not related to Austin Bell.

Omaha, however, recorded 37 shots, and in the 87th minute, they found the back of the net to tie the game at 2.

The game appeared to be headed toward a draw until Omaha would score in extra time in the 110th minute to defeat the Braves 3-2.

The Soccer team will host Loyola Friday night in the Homecoming game, and hope to have a strong showing from the Shea Brigade.

The game starts at 7pm, and we will have highlights next week on BUTV Sports.
