On Friday, February 12, students met with local employers in preparation for the upcoming job fair. Bradley affiliates gathered in the Student Center Ballroom to hear feedback on their résumés and receive advice about landing jobs and internships.
Each semester, the Smith Career Center organizes the event a week before the job fair to allow students to prepare to meet employers. Feedback Friday features roundtables where students can discuss their own past job and internship experiences. Over 40 employers critique résumés and talk to students in a casual setting. Krista Barrett, a Bradley alum, believes that this event greatly improves students’ skills. (See video.)
The job fair was held in the Renaissance Coliseum on Thursday, February 18, from 11:00 am – 3:30 pm.
