The co-ed service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega will be having a fundraising night at the Subway in Campustown on Thursday, November 5 from 4-8pm.
The movie “Ant-Man” will be showing at Marty Theatre this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 8 pm. Admission is free and all concessions are $1.
The Lewis J. Burger Center for Student Leadership and Public Service just announced the creation of the first alternative winter break.
A group of 10-12 students get to travel during winter break to serve a community through service.
The 2016 program will take place January 10-16 of 2016, and the students will get to travel to New Orleans, Louisiana to volunteer with United Saints Recovery Project.
Applications are due to Jessica Chandler by Friday, November 13 at 5 pm.
The cost of the trip is $300, which includes housing, transportation, meals, and a t-shirt, but is not due on that date.
