If you have heard anything about Taylor Swift, you have probably seen the hashtag #SquadGoals.
Well, the friend-envying term has gotten so catchy, they are making a TV show out of it.
Swift won’t be starring in it, unfortunately, but her good friend Ryan Seacrest will be the Executive Producer of the show.
“Squad Goals” will be a multi-camera sitcom and is currently in development with CBS.
According to the Huffington Post, “Squad Goals” follows a group of college friends who realize it’s finally time to grow up.
The script comes from Lindsey Rosin and Aaron Karo, who were inspired by the pivotal crossroads moment faced by many post-grads today.
We look forward to seeing what happens with this project.
Former Jonas brother, Joe Jonas, has created a new band, this time, with no brothers.
The new band is cleverly named DNCE.
Their new song “Cake By The Ocean” is starting to play on Top 40 stations across the nation.
The band just released its video for the song.
The video was directed by model and rumored girlfriend of Jonas, Gigi Hadid.
The video follows the DNCE’s International Cake Fight Championship, featuring bikini-clad girls fighting with cake.
DNCE’s album, “Sway”, releases October 23, and they start touring in November.
It will be exciting to see if Jonas can find the same individual success as his brother, Nick, who is also performing solo.
lThe “Fast and Furious” franchise is – well – still fast and furious.
