The Men’s and Women’s Golf teams were both in action this past week, with the Men’s team in Normal and the Women’s team in Iowa City.
The men participated in the D.A. Weibring Intercollegiate, and placed fifth out of 18 teams.
Freshman Drake Bushong placed second, shooting one under par with a 70.
As for the women, they would place 10th at the Diane Thomason Invite.
Danielle Lemek placed in the top 15, just missing her 25th career top 10 finish, which is already a school record.
The Men’s golf team will be off this weekend, while the women will be at UIC.
