This pandemic is bringing everything into the household. College students are now learning everyday from the comfort of their own bed, adults are doing their jobs from makeshift offices, and children are trying their best with keeping up with online classes. The Glidden family is one of these households trying to adjust to a very different household.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt has been a lot different having the whole family in this house again,\u201d said Zachariah Glidden, a sophomore at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nicolet.k12.wi.us\">Nicolet High School<\/a>.\u00a0 He later added \u201cthe last time we had everyone in this house together was Christmas.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zachariah (16) was the oldest sibling in the Glidden house since his two older brothers Noah (18) and Isaiah (21), left for college. It was just him and his younger sister Elizabeth (13), until colleges across the country went to online learning.\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/xqAZ9JESiRfYcDqxUzhj7hIcC70t0uHMxhFZKJ59nITb1TJgivRwXRaHGx6Yc3Dzv7zeWDZIktm9XUlZxVzoK0SUXct4S7HpwHyK4ubIB3j8tsnlRJfF41qxAiP7WekEb4IANp92\" style=\"width: 1px\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/xqAZ9JESiRfYcDqxUzhj7hIcC70t0uHMxhFZKJ59nITb1TJgivRwXRaHGx6Yc3Dzv7zeWDZIktm9XUlZxVzoK0SUXct4S7HpwHyK4ubIB3j8tsnlRJfF41qxAiP7WekEb4IANp92\" width=\"377\" height=\"282\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Zachariah writing a paper for one of his online classes.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When asked about how the transition to online learning has been Zachariah and Elizabeth both said they like it. The main reason being because they \u201cdon\u2019t have to go to real school.\u201d They both said that they have been keeping up with their assignments and they are excited to get back to school to see their friends and favorite teachers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This will definitely be a memorable freshman year for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.clclancers.com\/roster\/7\/3\/1497.php\">Noah Glidden<\/a> who was in his first year at College of Lake County where he plays baseball. He did not expect to be home during this time. \u201cI saw schools were closing, but I never thought that CLC would close.\u201d He later added \u201cthis isn\u2019t how i planned on having my freshman year of college go.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When asked how he is staying in shape Noah said he is hitting and doing at home workouts.\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"577\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/KR6pbUh4SgYdC-uNgpHY73iCpmWqJZcyJkRkOCHOk2fgPCPMW3FrAJaBbJjpLzOim8rPMT1jOMbtJ95dbrcyX7pE7vsBbY7YnGWWHVYEmZpItfdDDZAIwFd8sUTdnXgYJHzyAsUI\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Noah hits into a net in his backyard to stay in shape. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not only are children trying to get adjusted to this new lifestyle, adults all across the country are still doing their jobs but from home offices. Dan Glidden is a Sales Executive for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.briggsandstratton.com\/na\/en_us\/home.html\">Briggs and Stratton<\/a> and is forced to do all his work from a makeshift home office in his basement.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/Qyqxef0wYjmMrzF7762YzYdI27lEFJOPd4M2oL_RcJIbqOJL7sMkk7-aUMa47vluH3dm_bLtV4xoeGHXDvzyvddReHaP-UsSYoDPa0x-0LS30LAFRfI5YAbYeXgZUpctN0ytwBBW\" width=\"236\" height=\"151\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Dan loves to landscape thats why he still does side jobs.  <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s been a little weird not being able to travel and do my job like I usually do, but I am still able to do some side jobs so at least it gets me outside,\u201d Dan Glidden added \u201csince I can\u2019t do go out and sell anything, I am on the phone basically all day.\u201d&nbsp;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/rbThZH3egqffc3YyPVDixd22aUFnx6Cv21cWi4tlWDxTYsl2rwtNfP_e-W3V_I2psfs4q6oyJdL3IzUzTCBLuhHdraWnWAzXIR9Hv5-ibK8aJnsj03dBLxsra-GJ_5yuFOyQUwoG\" width=\"516\" height=\"386\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>One the home offices in the Glidden house.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Not everyone in the Glidden house has to adjust though, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/janice-bushe-5453b217\">Janice Glidden<\/a> who is a website creator, worked from home even before the lockdown started. \u201cThis isn\u2019t something new to me, I have been doing this for years now.
