Keaton\u2019s iconic role as the\ntitular character in Tim Burton\u2019s 1988 classic <em>Beetlejuice <\/em>is the kind of movie that is played by cable movie\nstations on repeat throughout the Halloween season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Around Peoria, though, more than just the cable stations are attempting to get in on the fear factor. Burton\u2019s <em>Beetlejuice<\/em> is one of a handful of classic scary movies that are being replayed on the big screen at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gqtmovies.com\/illinois\/willow-knolls-14\">Goodrich Quality Theaters\u2019 Willow Knolls 14<\/a> location just off W. As a result, the best place to get movie\ntheater frights is Willow Knolls 14\u2019s Flashback Cinema offerings, and the extra\nseasonal tension might just add to the overall experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u201cGoing\nto a flashback Halloween movie feels more fun than just going to just a typical\nflashback movie,\u201d said Willow Knolls patron Ben Pollard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; However,\nthere are also plenty of movie options still available for fans and moviegoers\nthat are looking to experience a new story during this autumn season. On any other day, the theater also specializes in\noffering its $2 popcorn and beverage combo and special savings on tickets for\nstudents and senior citizens. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u201cLandmark\nis the best movie deal in town,\u201d said <em>Joker\n<\/em>viewer Peter Hanley. \u201cThey have the cheapest priced food and an affordable\nticket, especially for students. Plus I believe that the free popcorn is a\ngreat motivator. One such release is <em>Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark<\/em>, which is a film adaptation of a horror book series from the 1980s. <em>Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark<\/em> still has screenings scheduled at Willow Knolls 14, but not at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amctheatres.com\/movie-theatres\/peoria\/amc-classic-grand-prairie-18\">AMC Classic Grand Prairie 18<\/a> or Landmark Cinemas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Another\nolder release that is still available is <em>IT:\nChapter 2<\/em>, the sequel to 2017\u2019s <em>IT<\/em>\nand an adaptation of the classic Stephen King horror novel. <em>IT: Chapter 2<\/em> is playing at both Willow\nKnolls 14 and AMC Classic Grand Prairie 18, but it is no longer available at\nLandmark Cinemas.
