At Bradley University there are many clubs, groups, events, and teams on campus. With the popular Braves Basketball season concluding, it’s time to shift students attention to Bradley Baseball. The team never obtains the attention it should and this year that will change.

At 8-1, Coach Dominguez’s ball club is off to a hot start. The team started their season off with a 15 game road trip along with every other college team in the midwest because of the weather. “We’re not the only one, any midwest school has to play the first 15-20 games on the road because of mother nature.”

Although the season may be long and tiring the Braves give it their all everytime out on the field. They are playing both small and large schools this season. They played Georgia Tech of the ACC division and won 10-7. The team is looking to continue their dominance throughout the season.

The team expects to win every game they play when they go out on the dirt-covered diamond. In fact, their team motto is “Expect to Win” which seems to be paying off from the hot start on this 2018 season.

With a lot of baseball games left to be played, the Braves are clicking in all ways possible. Expect a great year from the Bradley Baseball team and keep an eye out for them to win the division.
