The musical duo performed in the Renaissance Coliseum to a sellout crowd.<\/p>\n<p>Macklemore and Ryan Lewis have won four Grammy awards, including Best New Artist, and their song &#8220;Thrift Shop&#8221; won for Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance. Their newest album, entitled &#8220;This Unruly Mess I&#8217;ve Made&#8221;, is scheduled for a February 26 release. Audience members at the concert gave a variety of reasons why they enjoy Macklemore&#8217;s music.
