Bob Jacobs received his B.A. from the University of Southern California and his M.A. from the University of California Santa Barbara where he went on to receive his Ph.D. in 1977. He instructs and advises radio/television majors (CFA COM RT). His creative focus is concerned with audio/video production. He came to Bradley in 1992.

Two of the spots won "Addy" Awards from the Wisconsin Advertising Association; one first place and one second place for Best Regional TV Spot in the 30 second category.

"UFO Coverup"; in The National Enquirer, October 12, 1982. In spite of the laughable reputation of this journal, the article was a factual documentation of a coverup in which the author was involved while he was an Air Force officer at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. The article provoked a "stir" nationally and the author and the story were written up in OMNI Magazine in 1985.

This series of PSA's marked the first time aviation pioneer Steve Wittman has agreed to do a television appearance, and only the second "commercial" spot done by author Ray Bradbury. October, 1984.
